SUEZ showcases latest innovations at the Global Leakage Summit 2022
SUEZ, a major player in environmental services, will be highlighting its latest technological innovations in the upcoming Global Leakage Summit 2022 on 5-6 July 2022 in London. SUEZ companies Inflowmatix and Optimatics, as well as technology partner ASTERRA, are set to present best practices and developments in their respective fields of expertise. An exhibition stand highlighting an interactive map of SUEZ's various projects will also be set up.
Derek Procter, Inflowmatix Head of Commercial, is slated to speak on "Delivering Outcomes with Intelligence for Network Confidence" on the summit's first day during the Inflowmatix-sponsored session, 'Future of Leakage'.
Inflowmatix is the leader in acquiring high-frequency pressure data and associated edge analytics to support near real-time operational and asset management decisions for water utilities worldwide.
Procter, who has over 20 years' experience in the energy and utilities sectors in the UK, will be discussing the importance of having a successful 'smarter network' involving agnostic data and hydraulic-based analytics bias.
Optimatics Chief of Strategy Dr. Bojana Jankovic-Nisic will deliver a talk on "Collaborating for Success One Step at a Time" at the 'Vendor Collaboration' session on 6th of July. She has been a water sector leader with 24 years of experience in consultancy, research, water company and software environment.
Dr. Jankovic-Nisic will be discussing how Optimatics closely collaborates with water industry partners in driving innovation resulting in successful partnerships, especially in bridging the gap between strategic data creation and technical implementation.
Optimatics is the world-leading provider of infrastructure planning software using AI and data intelligence.
Sponsoring the 'Satellite Leak Detection' session is ASTERRA, featuring Country Manager Steve Baker speaking on "Using Synthetic Aperture Radar to Find More Leaks" on the summit’s last day.
Baker will be elaborating on the merits of this cutting-edge tool in satellite leak detection. A chartered civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the water industry, Baker has delivered a wide range of infrastructure solutions to clients worldwide.
SUEZ in the UK, with ASTERRA, pioneered usage of satellite-based L-band radar to identify leaks in potable water pipes. Formerly Utilis, ASTERRA provides data-driven solutions for water utilities, government agencies, and the infrastructure industry using the company's innovative tools.
Now in its 12th year, the Global Leakage Summit returns to London as a LIVE and ONLINE event in July 2022. With a Pre-Conference Workshop on 4th July and a two day Summit on 5th and 6th July, the 2022 Summit will, as always, focus on latest advances in technology and software for data analysis, featuring the most innovative and successful examples of delivering and maintaining reduced leakage levels across the world. It represents an unmissable learning and networking opportunity for anyone involved in advancing leakage management and introducing water efficient strategies.
