Showcasing remote earth observation for sewer exfiltration

• SUEZ and ASTERRA will be attending the European Wastewater Management Conference in Manchester in July.

  Alan Boukai, ASTERRA leader, will present a paper on using remote earth observation techniques to find sewer exfiltration.
  
  SUEZ, along with technology partner, ASTERRA has been providing the UK water industry with satellite leak detection services to identify clean water leaks. This technology is now applied to wastewater, providing water utilities with a means to discern escapes of wastewater, help to prioritise pipe replacements and reduce pollution.
